Trunex Health is a food and fitness tracking application ("App") operated by Trunex Health ("we", "us", "our"). By using the App you agree to these Terms of Service.
You must be at least 16 years old to create an account. You are responsible for keeping your credentials confidential.
Digital goods (AI scan packs, ad-free upgrade) are sold exclusively through Apple App Store or Google Play in-app purchases. We do not process payments directly. All purchases are subject to the respective store's refund policy. Consumable scan packs do not expire.
When you use the AI photo scan feature, your meal photo is sent to Anthropic (our AI provider) for calorie and macro estimation. Photos are not stored by us or by Anthropic beyond the duration needed to return the estimate. This feature is optional and requires your explicit consent.
Trunex Health collects food logs, workout data, and body metrics to provide the App's functionality. Health and fitness data is never used for advertising purposes and is never sold to third parties.
You agree not to misuse the App, attempt to access other users' data, reverse-engineer the service, or violate any applicable laws.
You may delete your account at any time in Settings or at health.trunex.app/delete-account. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms.
The App is provided "as is". Calorie and nutrition estimates are approximate and are not medical advice. Consult a healthcare professional for dietary guidance.
